determine the absolute viscosity of the Newtonian liquids and the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids. It can be widely used to determine the viscosity of various liquid such as greases, oil paints, plastic, pharmaceuticals, dopes, adhesives, and detergents, etc.
