I. Summary
JJC-1E Detecting System for Borehole Concrete Pile is a kind of special equipment for detecting the pore-forming quality of bored piles. It goes through the development of JJC-1A, JJC-1B, JJC-1C and JJC-1D. It takes the construction environment and requirements on site into consideration, being easy for operation and having a higher accuracy.
This system is composed of model JJC-1E control case, model JJY-6 caliper /inclinometer measuring probe, model JNC-2 sediment/inclinometer measuring probe, model JC-100 automatic cabling winch, pulley and so on.
This system is developed base on mode JJC-1D detecting system. It has follow characteristics:
The measuring probes underground are totally digitized.
The measuring probes underground are stainless steel materials.
Equipped with an automatic cabling winch.
The caliper/inclinometer measuring probe and sediment/inclinometer measuring
probe become one. Convenient to operate.
The hole diameter measuring error reduces to 5mm.
The control case can judge the model of the probe underground automatically.
The operation software is suitable for WIN XP/WIN VISTA/WIN 7.
It is the upgrading product of JJC-1D which is accepted and popular among the customers. It improves the work more efficiency and higher quality than JJC-1D..
