The DSHD-0653 Emulsified Asphalt Particle Charge Tester is designed and made as per T0653-1993 Emulsified Asphalt Particles Ionic Charge Test in JTG E20-2011 Specifications and Test Methods for Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering. It is used to determine the charge characteristics of the ionic of different kinds of emulsified asphalt particles.
